Abstract :
From the perspective of the workflow of human resource management outsourcing, this article has firstly identified the risks in every stage of outsourcing, including risks in the stage of selecting HRM outsourcing activities, risks in the stage of selecting HRM outsourcing trader, risks in the stage of managing and evaluating HRM outsourcing trader and risks in the stage of quitting. Then it has analyzed each risk in detail. According to these risks, we have put forward the total risks dynamic evaluating formula for outsourcing, in which the risk stage adjusting coefficient was introduced to show dynamic process. At last, we have established the risks evaluating model of human resource management outsourcing by ldquofuzzy-grey evaluationrdquo method, and then have done the demonstration research on HD Company.
