Abstract
Using a spatial econometric model to carry out the econometric analysis on three kinds of knowledge spillovers effects on innovative output and spatial dependence based on a case of high technology industry. As a result of the spatial econometric regression to the innovative output of China´s provincial regions and knowledge spillovers was found that the innovative activity of China´s 31 provincial regions have spatial dependence, and the specialization and diversity of the high technology industry, and provincial regional human capital has the contribution to the innovative output.
