  • Abstract
    The un-equilibrium development mode, that is driving the whole economic development through forerunner or characteristic development based on preferential policy and extra financial support, is an important component of Chinese way. However, the space of policy and financial support is fading, so are the effects of direct development driven by regional planning, and the willing of joining the cooperative region. In this case, this paper concentrates on the behavior of the cooperative regional participants and its relationship with the performance of the cooperative region, proposes the forming process model and stabilizing mechanism of the cooperative region, trying to expound that the uphold and impetus of the harmonious regional development lie on the internal stability among the regional participants and the external stability of the regional co-op integrity formed on the basis of elements aggregation.
