Abstract
This paper explores the role of business and government in developing sustainable city through INDISO program implementation in TELKOM. INDISO is a TELKOM initiatives to enhance and optimize IDN capacity and capability for society interest and prosperity. INDISO covers multi programs of digital inclusion in optimizing broadband infrastructure for government, public, and private sector and also by accommodating local initiatives in line with implementation of digital city concept. This paper also explain about how Telkom through Indonesia Digital Network (IDN) invest in physical and social infrastructure to push digital inclusion in Indonesia.
