Abstract :
New compact models that describe the transient response of dispersionless interconnect are rigorously derived with resistive and capacitive load terminations according to Heaviside´s theory. The proposed compact model is proved to be highly accurate by HSPICE, and the physical insight of the developed compact models is also discussed.
