Abstract
In this paper we report the investigation of netted radar performance in terms of sensitivity and the ambiguity function. This paper describes the development of mathematical models for netted radar sensitivity and ambiguity calculation, and then presents both two dimensional and three dimensional simulation results. It outlines the dependence of these two parameters on the netted radar system geometry. More importantly, it shows the netted radar potential to form desirable coverage area and enhance range and Doppler resolution
