Abstract
Various electronic devices consisting of biomolecules have been developed in the fields of clinic, pharmaceutical, and environment. There are several efforts to make a new-type electronic device for altering a conventional silicon-based device that has several physical and technical limitations. A bioelectronic device based on mimicking of natural electron transfer phenomenon has been investigated to suggest a new-type electronic device. Here, we introduced device concept, fabrication method, and working principles of the biomemory device consisting of recombinant azurin.
