Abstract :
In this paper, a low glitch SiGe BiCMOS current switch is proposed for low glitch and high speed current steering D/A converters. The proposed current switch enhances the spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of a 10-bit, 200 MS/s D/A converter up to 5 dB at Nyquist baseband above the previous art BiCMOS switch
