  • Abstract
    The mass sensor based on a microcantilever is considered. The mass loading on a sensor-microcantilever is computed by aligning a position of the sensor microcantilever with a reference one via higher order sliding mode control, in particular a super twist controller. The numerical example illustrates a high accuracy of the loading mass estimation based on the proposed second order sliding mode control algorithm
