Abstract

In this paper, according to the development of solar energy industries of Beijing rural areas in the present situation, we investigated the service models of the widespread products of solar energy, which were solar water heaters and solar street lamps, and analyzed the questions existing in the service of solar energy products. The study finds that establishing and perfecting the service model of solar energy products is the key to solve all the service questions and is also the basis of constructing the service system. Finally, this paper sets the special service providers of the solar energy products as the core objects, constructs the service system model of solar energy products and brings forward its five necessary functions of the model.
