Abstract
The networked real-time controller designed in this paper is based on the hardware platform of PC/104 CPU and DAQ, and the operating system of real-time Linux kernel, and it is developed with the server of algorithm receiving, data monitoring and the networked real-time application, it successfully realizes the real-time control and online monitoring. The final experimental verification shows that the real-time capability of the controller can reach the level of microseconds, which can satisfy the general requirements of industrial control.
