Abstract :
An aerodynamic noise is confirmed to be the strongest one according to the test and analysis of the frequency spectrum of the noise itself structure and characteristic. Noise initiative control of them can´t be met so noise passive control must be used. At the air compressor inlet, impedance compound muffler is installed. This muffler is got by the method of the optimal. After thoroughly understanding from WW-2.5 m3/1.0 Air Compressor from the consideration to the machine its dynamic characteristics of the structure, finite element dynamic computing method is used so that we can design noise elimination device with large noise elimination perfect dynamic characteristics and reasonable structure quickly. This method for design high effect and quality provides reference theory data.
