  • Abstract
In order to optimize the flight thrust performance, this article brings forward the concept of thrust management system (TMS). The TMS is composed by thrust management computer, auto throttle (A/T), engine control system and cockpit control and display system. This article analysis the four systems in detail, then designs the thrust control system under the landing mode. Simulation results show the designed system accord with flight quality guideline well. This research bases a foundation for further research of the thrust management, which has significant meaning for increasing the flight security management level, saving fuel and decreasing flight cost.
