Abstract :
This paper analyzes the relation between motion error of airborne SAR and the phase of echo. It also proposes an algorithm of coarse compensation for motion error during real-time imaging. The realization-method of hardware according to the algorithm of coarse compensation is also presented. The result of imaging experiment indicates that the algorithm of coarse compensation can image with high resolution, in spite of the great motion error of small aircraft, and the image of high quality can be obtained
