Abstract :
Applying to inter-vehicle communication, and satellite communication and location among satellite formation, the sharing signal of integrated system applied with ultra wideband (UWB) is presented. Pulse position modulation time hopping ultra wideband (PPM TH UWB) sharing signal model is given, and its power spectrum density is introduced. The ambiguity function of PPM TH UWB signal is derived. From the numerical simulations, The PPM TH UWB signal yields the so-called thumbtack ambiguity function. For practical application, the relations among six parameters of the integrated system are presented. The results show that PPM TH UWB signal has practical advantages to integrated system
