Abstract :
The problem of mathematical data processing of gated SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) is considered in the study. MPI is modern radionuclide cardiac study that allows evaluating a function of a myocardium. In the study we developed method to measure and visualize myocardial dyssynchrony using wavelet transforms from MPI data.
