Abstract :
PCL techniques are widely used in bi-static and multi-static radar, which use broadcast and communications signals as ´illuminators of opportunity´. Pour kinds of PCL systems with different illuminators have been discussed in this paper: VHF FM radio, VHF/UHF TV, cellphone base stations, and satellite-borne illuminators. We analyze the properties of transmissions, and give radar examples for each. In conclusion, we describe the prospective of PCL systems
