Abstract

Based on the analysis of the defects that the traditional construction projects management mode existed, puts forwards the proposition of three-dimensional structure of construction projects integrated management system, and on this basis, builds up the construction projects Life-Cycle Integrated Management System framework of under three-dimensional structure, establishes the new system model of construction project life-cycle integrated management and analyzes the system´s content and implementation approach, which will lay the foundation for the further study of construction projects integrated management.
