Abstract :
This paper advances a new type of hydraulic impactor based on analyzing the working principle of existing hydraulic impactor at home and abroad, establishes a new type of hydraulic impactor control system of mathematical models and simulation models, and researches on the new hydraulic impactor control system´s computer simulation. Establishes hydraulic impactor experimental systems and do large number of experiments. Through theoretical analysis and practices it proves the correctness of a new type of hydraulic impactor working principle. And reveals that parameters influence hydraulic impactor´s performance of the work situation, such as the system working pressure, system flow, the size of shock-flow valve´s throttle hole, the return spring stiffness of hock-flow valve, the quality of shock-flow valve spool, inflation pressure of accumulator, in order to provide a reference to readers.
