Abstract :
The influence of algorithm initial value on results in bearing-only passive location is described with geometry method. Via adding the phase difference as a new observation vector, a way to avoid this influence is proposed and the nonlinear problem is transformed to linear problem. Simulations show that this way can improve the initial value´s influence, and the relative error of distance is less than 2%
