Abstract :
A description of algorithms of direct calculation and investigation of multiplicative random process parameters is provided, taking into account the influence of nonlinear and nonhomogeneous medium in the form of a nonstationary charge in microchannel walls. Conception of such algorithms is based on the combination the Monte-Carlo method and the approach similar to the classical molecular dynamics. The algorithms are targeted to be used in a MATLAB environment.
