Abstract :
Summary form only given. The authors compare the low-end frequency response of several tape-based systems with the low-end frequency response of a digital system. They demonstrate that manufacturers are able to achieve the low-end frequency response standards set forth by the AHA. A low-end response of 0.02 Hz was achieved by digital recording, compared to a range of 0.13 Hz to 0.20 Hz for several tape-based recording systems
