Abstract :
Feeder reconfiguration is defined as altering the topology of a distribution network by transferring loads from a heavily loaded feeder section to a more lightly loaded feeder section to minimize the losses. In this paper a new method of loss reduction is proposed. This method is very reliable and accurate compared to the existing methods. It can also be used to calculate the price of kWh for customer´s service in case of budgetary reason
