  • Abstract
    The exterior slice contains slices of internal elements of the body which are deformed and moved during the deformation. By means of x-ray (ultrasound) new positions and sizes of the elements are found. We propose the algorithm of constructing the deformed image, which may be implemented as a MATLAB toolbox.
