Abstract :
This paper presents an enterprise´ dynamic facility layout framework based on reconfigurable Cellular Manufacturing. In this framework, aiming at the enterprise´problems in facility layout and production operation, based on alternative process routing and multiple machine types available for operation, considering the cellular constructing and facility layout in cell together. With the aim of minimum the logistics costs, presenting the integration method about cellular layout and dynamic programming, and then creating the optimal mathematic models respectively. It will avoid bad effects from the separation design to global optimization, and will achieve the rapid construction of manufacturing cellular, and will make a good foundation for the enterprise´ facility quantity changes in the future.
