Abstract :
Recent advances in nanotechnology demand automation of experimental measurements in such fields as nanoparticle size and electrical properties measurements. Such experiments require precision of automated optical measurements and electric field generation and stability. A flexible automated experimental setup that serves these purposes is presented in this report.
