Abstract :
A new warning radar for detection and recognition of high-speed anti-radiation missiles (ARM) is presented. The radar adopts a special antenna construct and is developed on the basis of the resonant effect of VHF bands, which makes RCS increase remarkably. Practical detecting method is analyzed according to the features of high-speed ARM. The system boasts the merits of simplicity, low cost and small size, etc. Experiment results are given to show the validity of the method
