  • Abstract
    Firstly, supplier selection research is briefly described, and a supplier selection model based on gray bi-level programming is set up in the view that there are a lot of uncertainties, in which overall performance degree reflects goods and services quality of supplies, and it is helpful to reduce purchase cost and motivate supplier to improve his goods and services quality. Secondly, genetic algorithm based on numerical simulation is designed, and the numerical simulation method, chromosome encoding, fitness function, selection operator, crossover operator and mutation operator are explained in detail. Lastly, an example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper.
