Abstract
Emergency response is a time critical work that needs rapid response time and system reliability. With the development of the location based services, it has been utilized in emergency response system and improved its every activity. We introduced the position of call incoming improved the process of call taking, the location of incident make the dispatch decision progress, and the location make it convenient to dispatching and tracing the vehicle in this paper. And then a vehicle tracing model based location has been provided to improve dispatching and tracing, which make the system optimized for rapid response.
