Abstract :
The paper is devoted to the mathematical modelling of conformational rearrangement in biomaterial and to the formation of biological mobility at the micro level. For this purpose the actin-myosin interaction in muscle sarcomere and α - β tubulin interaction in the cilium and flagellum inner structure were considered.
