Abstract :
The e-government system of urban construction project planning management differs from office automation systems (acronym as OAS) in a general sense. The examination and approval of urban construction project require processing of not only text data, but also a large amount of spatial data. This paper presents a method to realize integrated management of both non-spatial and spatial data to assist planning management decision-making with Web-based workflow technique, WebGIS structure, and spatial database engine.
