Abstract :
Self-tuning PID control based on Least Square Support Vector Machines (LSSVM) is applied for the control of ship steering. With the ship models which is built by LSSVM online, the PID controller parameters are able to be self-tuned at the same time and the simulation results with Matlab is presented.
