Adopted there rapid SCRs in series to achieve the design of centralized charging circuit for high power combined line type modulator in a radar transmitter, and a SCR with diodes in series formed the de-Q steadying voltage circuit Achieve the all solid-state modulator, that improving reliability and capability are salience. Finally the parameters and interrelated waves of the modulator are given
