Abstract
Route planning is one of core modules in vehicle navigation system, is the basic of navigation and information service, and its key is to find the optimum route through the traffic information. But they are often just added together simply, which neither can use the attributes appropriately, nor the route planning result is perfect enough. The paper makes a fusion on the information by fuzzy evidence theory after the information is quantized, and the results are used as weight of the route. The experimental results show that the algorithm can optimize the route planning results and prove its reliability and feasibility.
