To avoid the leakage of CW radar and reduce distance shelter of quasi-CW radar, a novel quasi-CW radar waveform design method is presented based on the complex of optimization code and gold code. Theoretical analysis and simulation for the loss function and ambiguity function of the novel waveform are given
