Abstract :
The paper describes characteristics of millimeter wave active phased array radar (MWAPAR), introduces scheme and architecture of millimeter-wave radar based on active electronically scanned antenna (AESA), and discusses several key problems related to system design. Experimental results of measurements of its performance are also presented and potential applications are finally discussed
