Abstract :
Along with the development of radar and information technology, millimeter wave radars are widely used in the field of national defense, industry, communication, medical equipment, CIQ, automobile electrical system and etc., future millimeter wave radars will be developed toward multi-platform, higher frequency and high power. In this paper, introduced a novel millimeter wave radar transmitter which is based on a gyrotriotron as power amplifier, emphasizes on full solid state HV pulse modulator technology that applied in this research, and gives the plan for further research work
