Abstract :
Given the change of characteristic parameters of the control object, deterioration will result in the dynamic response qualities of the main drive system of a hot finishing mill. This paper studies the optimization of PI parameters, which is adjusted by the improved iterative genetic algorithm, of the speed controller in a two-loop DC speed control system. The digital simulation results show the efficiency and rationality of the algorithm
