Abstract :
It is important to model virtual plant for dynamically simulating the development process of plant on computer. Data from the experimental results can be extracted and deeply processed, the plant growth information and their environmental one can be integrated together too. Conforming to the topological rule of plant and morphological change of organs, the morphological models of plant can be constructed. It introduced the construction technology of virtual plant growth based on information fusion and reconstruction, which would make plant growth information to the corresponding visual one. The experimental results verified that the proposed method is suitable for dynamically simulating the process of plant development under the interaction with their environment.
