Abstract :
Online product quality detection is an effective process of product quality control. It can be fused into the machine tool by rebuilding and updating the machine tool. It can also be realized by changing the process of the product line, feeding back the testing results to the machine tool or the operating persons and applying it to the current machining system or to grade the products. The implement of parameter comparison of the processed cam and the standard cam based on wavelet filtering, cubic spline interpolation, long signal correlation is proposed. The theory and methodology of realizing high precision measurement with cheap but good in anti-shock and anti-pollution sensors is stressed, especially how to get rid of the risk caused by poor surface quality and local deformation, reach higher precision and achieve the purpose of quality control.
