Abstract :
Based on AR model and Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD), a kind of sensor data validation method for aero-engine vibration test is proposed in this paper. The method firstly produces the remnant vector between the normal and abnormal data, and then realizes the validation of the sensor´s output signals by analyzing. The method can also diagnose the sensor´s faults, get rid of the fault components and reconstruct the valid signals. The results prove that this sensor data validation method is accurate and effective, and it is of good value in field.
