Abstract :
This paper introduces iterative frequency estimation techniques from phase-only data. It is well known that the frequency estimate can be obtained from the discrete samples of the signal phase. The phase-only data of a complex input signal has been used to estimate the signal frequency by several authors; but those methods are restricted by the number of frequencies they can estimate. The proposed iterative method can solve the problem of extracting multiple frequencies from phase. It also shows good performance in the presence of wide-band additive noise
