Abstract :
It is difficult to use traditional methods of quality control for inspecting the manufacturing process under Small batch production condition. In order to solve the problem of lacking sample size, Part family is established with the rule of similar working procedure, the data transformed methods of manufacturing process quality are improved; dynamic quality control charts which are made by using real time average can improve the timeliness, predominate the state and fluctuate timely to make corresponding adjustments and improve the product quality.
