Abstract :
The developed algorithms that implemented in software allows us to classify calcium signals of neuroimaging using distribution of calcium signals in amplitude, period and width. Also, our software allows to raise signal to noise ratio of input images using different methods of spatial filtering and determinate the synchronicity of the calcium oscillations.
