  • Abstract
Network frequency synchronization deals with the problems of distributing frequency and/or time reference among spatially remote locations. The purpose is to minimize the frequency difference and to establish a common frequency (or frequency drift-rate) for all network nodes. This paper is focused on developing general principles to build the hierarchical networks for future global information infrastructure
