Abstract
We present the design and implementation of a prototype gateway system that bridges the users of computer networks supporting the TCP/IP protocol to Teleview via the X.25 public data networks. The performance of the prototype was measured in terms of end-to-end response times. The results of our experiments are presented and discussed
