Abstract :
In hilly terrain wideband measurements of impulse responses have been performed using a channel sounder. Scattering areas are determined by evaluating these measurements. As a result of the measurements, a three-dimensional model has been formulated which uses a topographical data base. In addition to field strength prediction the model is able to estimate the average shape of impulse responses
