  • Abstract
In this paper the parameters and the speed error sensitivity on the operation of indirect field oriented (IFO) controllers is investigated. Three cases are studied: in the first one, the rotor resistance detuning is considered, in the second one, both the rotor resistance and the magnetizing inductance detuning are investigated and, in the third one, the rotor speed error is considered. The influence of the detuning conditions on the overall motor performances are presented and discussed. Simulation results for a 4.0 kW induction motor and detailed discussion are presented
