  • Abstract
    An intelligent control system of the abrasive waterjet cutting machine is designed based on ARM9 and μC/OS-II. The input signals (thickness of the workpiece, abrasive flow, surface roughness, pressure of abrasive water-jet) are received by the control system and dealt with by the fuzzy neural network and embedded kernel of ARM9. Then it provides the drive signals of AC servo motor to realize the speed of compensation. Finally, the machine can run rapidly and steadily to achieve the goal of the quality. The experimental results prove that the control system has certain stability and can reach the cutting accuracy.
