Abstract :
A method for self-commissioning of a voltage source inverter-fed asynchronous motor is presented. In the first step the electrical parameters and the nonlinear magnetizing curve are estimated at standstill without using voltage detection. After that, the controllers and the used flux model are automatically designed. Practical results which are obtained with two different squirrel cage induction motors are presented
